WHO IS THIS FOR? GROUNDED is a 7 day guide for people with big and busy lives that can feel full and overwhelming at times. It’s for people juggling jobs, and kids, and relationships, and diaries, and everything else in between - all the while hoping that someday, surely, it’s got to calm down… right?

It’s for people who recognise that we can hope and we can pray for things to be different - but honestly, there’s no magic bullet or pill and we just need to start now. Start gently. Start lovingly. Start here.

HOW DOES THIS WORK? The course kicks off on March 1, and at that time you’ll receive the pdf guide and online content right to your inbox. Dive in and move through the days at your own pace, or over 7 days directly if that’s what calls out to you. Over the 7 days together we’ll work through a wholistic toolkit of practices, new habits and ideas. The days may include super simple practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, playlists, and seasonal living tips.

Just open the guide and dive into calm, on your own terms.
