In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Winter is fittingly about hibernation - a beautiful time to pause and be still, and receive nourishment. No busy or hectic yoga practices here - this Winter yin workshop, paying attention to the Lung and Large Intestine meridians and the Water element, offers a chance to receive guidance by pausing, stopping and resting.
This workshop is slow and supportive, with lots of props, so is suitable for all levels. Receive: 2 hours of super mellow and nourishing yoga with one of Sydney's leading yin experts / take home treats including nibbles, playlists, sequences / all props provided!
