A candlelit class that encorporates a super mellow flow, followed by juicy long-held poses over props, meditation and deep cleansing breathwork is on offer each and every month, starting from February 23. Dig out any tension, rinse out and refill!
This month's masterclass will use props to assist in release the whole body - in particular the head, neck, shoulders and chest. You'll leave feeling freed up and filled up!
