The Balanced You is a 4 week challenge at Living Flow Yoga. This workshop is part of a series of elemental events during the month, but is open to everyone - not just those signed up to the challenge!
FIRE is the first element that is upwardly mobile. Anchored in the belly centre, when we stoke our inner fire it helps propel energy/prana upwards. In this workshop, discover how to harness the power of fire to uplift in inversions and arm balances.
Open to all levels, you'll explore the concept of using bandhas (body locks) to ignite deep strength from within, sustain energy and fuel a sense of steadiness - both in the body and mind.
