40 Day Revolution

Calling all Revolutionaries!

From Monday 18th January 2016 for 6 weeks in total here's the chance to begin a complete transformation!

Together at Yogatime we will explore Baron Baptiste’s book 40 Days to Personal Revolution, an epic resource for transformation. Over the 40 days, you will have the opportunity to create a whole new way of being and living, alongside a collective of like-minded and equally inspiring individuals.

What’s involved?

Joining the revolution means that you will

  • Practice 5 yoga classes a week at Yogatime, with one day of home practice, and one day of rest.
  • Practice in goal-setting, journaling and self-reflection. 2 daily meditation practices, beginning with just 5 minutes in the morning and 5 in the evening.
  • Naturopath, Yogatime teacher and remedial massage therapist, Chrissie Alexander will guide you through the best techniques and advice on how to safely (and happily) detoxify your body to reduce stress, midnight nibbling, change life-time habits and ultimately, see the 40 day revolution as a new way of life!
  • Dietary reccomendations to help you cleanse your body. This involving a 3-day fruit & veggie juice cleanse during week 4 of the challenge, at an additional cost.
  • Weekly meetings, held by Stella Chambers at Yogatime, at 7.30pm every Tuesday to keep you on track and connect with other students on the Revolution. There will be a ‘triumphant’ wrap up on the final day to acknowledge the efforts of those involved.
