If your new years resolution is to make more time for self care, and give a little less time to stress and anxiety, this end-of-month "Unwind" is a 2 hour practice that's perfect for you.

A candlelit class that incorporates a super mellow flow, followed by juicy long-held poses over props, meditation and deep cleansing breathwork is on offer. It’s a place for you to dig out any tension, rinse out and refill!

What you'll get:

- 2 hours of one-on-one attention and yin yoga in an intimate venue, tailored to the late Summer season.

- This workshop is slow and supportive, with lots of props, so is suitable for all levels. Everything is provided - you just bring yourself!

- Receive take-home notes to continue your practice at home! Plus goodies to treat yourself and top up your heart, like sequences, playlists, and nibbles.

- Walk out feeling full again, and ready to step into your life!
