It's official - I'm 4 weeks away from uni exams.
People. Let me say that again. In 5 weeks time I'll have completed my first year of Uni! I started this, my second degree, in March this year after a false start last year - not to mention years of dreaming of this. Years of working towards this. Years of figuring out a schedule that would allow me to do this. It's glorious.
It's also terrifying and overwhelming and I have a sh!t-load of work to do to prepare myself for this upcoming time. And let's be honest, a perfectionist heading into a marking period? It's stress all round.
That's why I'm loving wrapping myself in kindness lately, enjoying long weekends, getting in some extra chilled yoga sessions and upping the meditation. Here's some jewels I've uncovered lately:
